**Please note that all mails are fully trackable via SingPost. Your tracking number will be sent to you after I’ve mailed it out. Shipping prices are priced at a minimum weight of 250g, and will be added on to your order during check out.
- SINGAPORE: +3 SGD
- INTERNATIONAL: +16 SGD / 12 USD
✦ WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? —
- Pre-order items will require a 3-4 week waiting time including shipping.
- In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
For in-stock SINGAPORE orders, your order will reach you within 3-5 working days.
For in-stock INTERNATIONAL orders, your order will reach you within 8-18 working days.
✦ HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? —
All orders will be sent via SingaporePost. You may track your order with the tracking code provided via their website.
For international orders, please take note that your parcel is only trackable till it reaches your country. Once it reaches your country, your local post office is fully responsible for delivering your parcel to you. (e.g. USPS)
With effect from 13 December 2024:
Shipping to the EU & Northern Ireland is suspended until the GPSR rules are lifted. We still ship to United Kingdom except for the mentioned areas.

✦ WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER? —
There are 3 possible scenarios that you may encounter when there is a mail delay:
1. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS / FESTIVE SEASON
- Due to a clash of public holidays in Singapore, and / or your country, please give some lee-way to your parcel's delivery status. They should reach you within a week or two, ontop of the business working days stated above.
2. BOUNCE MAIL
- A bounce mail happens when your local post office tries to deliver the parcel to you (maximum up to 3 times, based on USPS) and you are not present to collect it. In most cases, please reach out to your local post office as you may need to sign-off your parcel upon collection.
- Should there be a failure in delivery, the parcel would most likely be returned to me with a processing time up to 3 months. Should the mail be bounced back to me, you will be fully responsible for the additional shipping costs, and I will re-ship it out again.
- To prevent this from happening, please collect your parcels when necessary.
3. LOST MAIL
- WhoWantSayNow is NOT responsible for any lost mails due to incorrect, incomplete address or wrong personal info (email/phone number) collected upon checkout.
- No refunds or order replacments will be made to you unless there is an error on my end.
✦ WHAT IF MY ORDER COMES IN DAMAGED/ STOLEN? —
Upon packing your order, I will double check the product's quality and wrap all orders in bio-degradeable kraft (honeycomb) packaging and completely seal off any gaps that could cause lee-ways for external damage to happen.
So far, there has been 0 cases of damage due to strong packaging. However, I am not responsible for any external damage caused during the process of shipping & delivery — I cannot replace or refund you for your item, but please reach out to me via email or Instagram @WhoWantSayNow and perhaps we could work something out.
